Juried work by the West Kootenay Chapter of the Federation of Canadian Artists
Opening reception Wednesday, November 7th from 7-9pm at the Kootenay Gallery.
Members of the West Kootenay Chapter of the Federation of Canadian Artists will be eligible to submit three pieces of their work based on the Hundred Mile Diet. Artists will create 2 dimensional work in media such as oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolour and graphite with subject matter found within the one hundred mile radius of their communities. These submissions will be juried by three Signature FCA members. Those artists selected will take part in this five day exhibition. The Kootenay Gallery is providing the exhibition space as part of their community outreach program.
