PUBLIC PROGRAMMING

The Kootenay Gallery offers a wide range of education programs, including art classes for all ages and levels of experience, school tours, lectures and other programs to introduce everyone to arts, culture and heritage.
The Kootenay Gallery offers a number of community outreach and audience development programs that include the Monday Night at the Movie Series, the TD Canada Trust Sunday Coffee Concert Series, book readings and art workshops for all ages.
These programs play an important part in challenging, educating and entertaining a broad community audience while supporting local artists, musicians and writers who choose to pursue their careers while living in a rural area.
