The Art of Yoga: A Beginner-Friendly Yoga & Wellness Series
Program Overview
Art of Yoga – Around the Year in 7 Chakras is a 7-part yoga and self-discovery series designed for beginners and anyone seeking a deeper connection to body, mind, and spirit. Through seven immersive 3-hour sessions, participants will explore each chakra using gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, reflection, and creative ritual.
Each gathering is intentionally designed to feel nurturing, accessible, and inspiring. Participants will leave each session with practical tools for daily life and a deeper understanding of energetic balance.

Are you looking to dive into the world of fabric art but don’t know where to start? Or perhaps you’re an experienced crafter looking to break free from rigid patterns?
Join us for an immersive, day-long workshop led by the talented Bernadette Yuzik. This class is specifically designed to help you embrace a relaxed, intuitive approach to quilting.
What You’ll Learn & Create:
- Master Fused Fabric: Learn a freestyle cutting method using fused fabric, with a strong focus on vibrant color placement.
- Design a Collaged Dragonfly: Bring a beautiful, unique dragonfly motif to life.
- The “Letting Go” Method: Discover a stress-free crafting technique that you can easily apply to all your future art projects.
- Craft a Keepsake: Walk away with a piece ready to be turned into a custom pillow or a gorgeous wall hanging.
Please note: In this workshop, you will be focusing entirely on fusing and arranging the fabric. The final sewing and finishing touches will be done in the comfort of your own home.

Ready to try something new? Join us for an Introduction to Watercolour Landscapes workshop, perfect for complete beginners! If you’ve never picked up a brush before, this is the ideal place to start.
Lauren will guide you through essential watercolour techniques, simple colour mixing, and one of the most fun (and surprisingly easy!) skills: painting beautiful, expressive clouds
No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to experiment. You might be surprised at how relaxing and rewarding watercolour can be!
Create 1–2 of your own 4×6 watercolour landscape paintings to take home.
