One of your favourite potters, Lisa Christie of Slip Bucket Designs brought in mugs, tumblers, plates and these lovely large bowls. They make a perfect wedding or housewarming gift.
The Kootenays is gifted with an abundance of photographers. All of these featured artists have larger scale photos of Kootenay scenes for sale. They also have created niche marketing to supplement their incomes. Douglas Noblet of Wild Air Photography makes a calendar each year. While it may seem early yet, it may be an excellent choice to gift your summer visitors or to send overseas. The top photo shows each of the twelve photos featured in the 2020 Calender. 
Stephanie Harron sells cards, large printed photos and these classy post cards with Castlegar printed on them.
Charles Michael Sloan has come up with small photo prints mounted on wood, as well as a series of magnets.

Bruce Rohn, author of S.S. Minto: The Arrow Lakes’ Longerst Serving Sternwheeler has been given the Community History Prize at the 2018 Lieutenant-Governor’s Historical Writing Awards.
